Frank
is co-founder and Principal of the Centre’s
Southeast office. He
is known for his well-developed skills and knowledge in systems
thinking, large-scale organizational change, strategic planning,
management development, performance management, organization
development, and project management.
His corporate, governmental, international, and
educational experience has given him a very strong and varied
background. Frank’s
consulting, educational, managerial, business and operational
experiences provide the insights and perspectives that increase
his credibility and acceptance not only with senior management
teams, but also with the overall organization. |

Alysin is co-founder and Managing Partner of the Centre’s Southeast office. She is a results-oriented consultant and coach to executives and their senior management teams on organizational and business strategies. Helping her clients increase their flexibility, responsiveness and overall organizational performance, as a way to maximize profits and sustainability, are the hallmarks of the way Alysin works with her clients. Large-scale strategic planning and change efforts are her specialty. Alysin has a broad range of experience internationally in both the private and public sectors. Her clients in the private sector include aviation, financial services, healthcare, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, service call centers and architectural/interior design firms. Public sector clients include universities and government entities. She works effectively with all levels of staff from senior management to front-line employees, including a wide range of staff in various job classifications, professional disciplines, and of culturally and ethnically diverse backgrounds. As a result, Alysin has also been instrumental in facilitating creative interdisciplinary collaborations up, down, and across organizations, as well as between organizations. Alysin has coached executives and management on a variety of Human Resources issues from planning workforce growth or reduction, to integrating cultures in mergers and acquisitions, to design and implementation of Human Resources programs and processes, to leadership, management and employee development. She works with senior management to link the HR strategy to the overall organizational strategy. Alysin is published in client trade journals and magazines and has been invited to present numerous times at national conferences in her own professional field, specifically for the Organization Development Network, the Society for Human Resources Management, the American Society for Training & Development, and the International Quality & Productivity Center. She has also been invited to present at national conferences of some of her client organizations. |
| Hal Jones
Hal is the Vice President of Business Development for the Centre’s Southeast office. He possesses more than 20 years experience in organizational change, people management, leadership development, executive coaching, sales, business development, product development, client service, project management, operations improvement, communications and consulting. One of his chief strengths is his ability to “get” and translate the big picture to widely varying constituent audiences. In his consulting and training work, Hal has bridged practically every business sector, private, public, profit, global, international and non-profit. Through the years, he has served as an executive with two major health systems; worked for a Big Five consulting firm in human capital, change management and organizational improvement; concentrated in HR Communications with an international communications agency; and reengineered a small national consulting firm, expanding its service lines for sustainable growth. Hal has written numerous articles and has been a frequent speaker for such organizations as the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), The American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration (ASHHRA), The Linkage Conference, The Conference Board, The Canadian Institute, and The International Quality & Productivity Conference (IQPC). Hal has written and spoken on management topics such as Measuring the Effectiveness of Diversity Management Initiatives; Making the Most of Mergers, Acquisitions and Affiliations; Human Resources’ as Provider of Customer Service; Electronic Communications in 21st Century Companies; Staff Rewards and Compensation; and The Learning Organization, to name a few. Hal earned his MA from Northwestern University, in Evanston, Illinois, and his BS from North Georgia College, in Dahlonega, Georgia.
